1.3.3 抗氧化指标的测定丙二醛含量采用硫代巴比妥酸法测定。
(f)流动相:A:0.05%甲酸水溶液。分析天平(德国Sartorius,QUINTIX224-1CN)l离心机(德国Sigma,4-16KS)。
净化法,以取样量2g计,在276nm检测波长下的检出限为1.25mg/kg(S/N>3),在494nm检测波长下的检出限为3.75mg/kg(S/N>3)。于9000r/min转速下离心5min,取上清液,用0.22m滤膜过滤后,按色谱条件进行测定,待净化。同时,针对部分含干扰物质较少的样品,从前处理方法和检测波长两方面进行摸索,建立了快速检测胭脂虫红的方法。在276nm检测波长下,得到的线性回归方程为y=73.23551x-19.78479,相关系数r=0.99998。胭脂虫红色素是一种蒽醌类天然色素,寄生在仙人掌类植物上的雌性胭脂虫是提取胭脂虫红色素的原料,此种胭脂虫原产于中南美洲、墨西哥等地。
